We provide various services to individuals and organization by partnering up with independent talents within our crew. Because we believe in the ongoing growth and improvement of each of our crew members, we frequently send our people out into the wild, encouraging them to write articles, shoot videos, take pictures, and appear on podcasts, simply as a way to hone their skills and learn from experience.

If you’ve seen some of the work showcased here and would like to hire a crew member to work for you, this is the place to do it! Just fill in the form below.
The prices are dictated by you! Think of this as a bounty board of sorts; you submit the job along with the payout, and whichever crew member(s) feel like it’s a good fit for them will take on the job.
Alternatively, if there is someone specific you’d like to hire based on your reception of a particular piece of work they did, you can fill in the optional selection request, and we’ll get back to you with a quote dictated by the talent.
In general, the more experienced our talent is, the more they will charge/expect for taking on a job. However, there have been cases where our talents agree to do something for less than their regular rate if the project is particularly meaningful to them, or in exchange for something else.
Unlike a traditional talent agency, we have a transparent and honest relationship with our talent. Some of their work is showcased here at the Zenith Initiative, but the majority of what they do will be found on their individual websites. At Zi, we don’t own the work that our talent creates, we’re merely an initiative to showcase some highlights and bring you a variety of talented individuals to suit any project.
What we get out of this is a simple referral + project management fee of 25% of the total payout of jobs commissioned through us, the remaining 75% of the pay gets divided by the talent involved, and going forward if you enjoyed working with a particular talent, you can hire them directly from their site, and they get to keep 100% of their earnings.
